Lead Times:

- Fabric Samples: 3-4 working days
- Beds, Mattresses, Footstools & Storage Boxes: 4-8 working days

Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on location.

We offer free delivery to most areas of mainland UK.

As with any logistics company, we have a capacity limit to maintain operational integrity. Rest assured, we will utilize all available resources to deliver your order in a timely and efficient manner.

Delivery Notifications:
Before delivery, our team will contact you via SMS or telephone to arrange a delivery date. We will also provide an estimated delivery window to keep you informed.

Weather Conditions:
Adverse weather may cause delivery delays, but we will keep you updated and reschedule if necessary. If you miss your scheduled delivery for any reason and require a rescheduled delivery, a charge of £70 may apply to cover the cost.

Redelivery Fees:
- Footstools, Ottoman Boxes & Mattresses: For smaller items like footstools and ottoman boxes, the redelivery fee is reduced to £40.

Please Note:
- We do not deliver to any postcodes in Northern Ireland.
- During bank holidays and busy periods, standard delivery services may be affected. Specific delivery details will be confirmed when you place your order.
- Please ensure that you enter your phone number at checkout so our delivery team can notify you of your delivery. If you miss or refuse* a delivery, you may be charged a redelivery fee of up to £70, depending on the value or size of the order. The fee will be determined by the courier.
- If a delivery is refused by you, the customer, or if the item does not fit into your property due to size, you will be responsible for the return charge, as determined by the courier
