Book a Fabric Sample Before Order

At Soft Sleep, we’re committed to delivering your bed safely and on time.

Delivery Timeframe:

• Standard delivery within 3–5 working days across most of the UK.
• Custom-made or special orders may take slightly longer, we’ll notify you in advance.

Delivery Details:

• We offer ground-floor doorstep delivery as standard.
• Room-of-choice delivery and assembly services are available at checkout (charges may apply).
• Our delivery team will contact you 24–48 hours before your delivery to confirm the time and details.

Missed Deliveries:

• If you miss your delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure someone is available at the agreed time.

Important Notes:

• Please double-check measurements before ordering to ensure access through stairs, hallways, or doorways.
• We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries due to access issues.

We want you to love your new bed, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Cancellations:

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the item has gone into production or been dispatched.

Return Eligibility:

• Beds must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Custom or made-to-order beds (including specific fabric/colour choices) are non-returnable unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

• If your bed arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Return Costs:

• Returns due to change of mind will require you to cover the return shipping costs.
